We offer budget-friendly shipping to most countries on this planet, from our three main warehouses (located in Europe, US and Asia), providing customers with two shipping options if available: Economy and Express shipping.
For faster delivery or specific date requirements, we recommend selecting the Express shipping option at checkout.
USA SHIPPING
Customers from the USA can benefit from our new US fulfilment. Orders are shipped with USPS standard or priority, depending on your choice. We also offer FEDEX shipping options to some areas.
- USPS Standard starts at 10$ and takes around 5-6 business days for delivery in average.
- USPS Priority starts at 13$ and takes around 3-4 business days for delivery in average.
Should a product be out of stock in our US warehouse, but still be available in our International warehouse, you will be presented with economy international shipping options (starting at 16$).
EU SHIPPING
Customers from the European Union can benefit from our new EU fulfilment. Orders are shipped with Deutsche Post, DPD or Post NL and deliveries are quick and friendly on the budget. We are also working on offering you FEDEX shipping options to some areas in the future.
- Standard EU shipping starts at 8 EUR only and takes around 3-7 business days on average for delivery, a bit depending on your location. It may take slightly longer to ship to remote areas of the EU.
- Our packages ship out from our fulfilment center in the Netherlands.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to most countries worldwide - please select your shipping destination in the Site's country selector to see if we ship to yours.
International Economy Shipping
- Standard international shipping starts at EUR 12 only
- Orders will be processed and shipped out within 48hours
- Registered parcel with limited tracking options
- The shipping time varies slightly from country to country but generally is around:
- Americas (non USA): 8-15 business days
- Hong Kong, Taiwan, China: 1-3 business days
- Japan, South Korea: 5-8 business days
- South East Asia: 5-8 business days
- Australia and Oceania: 5-8 business days
A signature for international packages is required upon delivery. If the recipient cannot sign for the package or is not at home upon delivery, the package might not be able to be delivered. 8BPLUS takes no responsibility if the package fails to be delivered for such reason. The final leg delivery for economy packages is handled by your country's local Post.
International Express Shipping
- Express shipping starts at 40 EUR
- Orders will be processed within 24hours
- Parcel will be shipped by courier like UPS and is fully trackable once shipped
- Signature required upon delivery
- 6-8 business day delivery around the globe
Please note we do not reimburse the cost of shipping if the parcel has returned to us due to:
- incorrect address was provided by the customer
- customer has rejected the delivery
- package failed delivery because recipient could not be reached
RETURNS
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can send it back to us within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please ensure the items are not used, with their original seal and labels attached and in their original packaging. Additionally we warrant each product against defect for 100 days.
