Refund policy


 

Warranty related returns/refunds:

8BPLUS stands for highest quality in material composition and craftsmanship. All our products are warranted by 8BPLUS to the owner against defects in material or from workmanship for 100 days after the purchase. Every piece found to be defective under this guarantee will be at 8BPLUS’s discretion either be replaced or substituted. Due to our limited collections, please understand that it cannot be guaranteed that the customer will receive the same design but a piece of comparable value. Defects resulting from in 8BPLUS’s opinion normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, accident, modifications, negligence or attempted repairs are excluded from this guarantee. The guarantee and the above mentioned solution are sole and exclusive. However, indispensable legal right of the final consumer under applicable national legislation governing the sale of consumer goods are not affected by the guarantee. In no event shall 8BPLUS be liable for any other damages occurring from 8BPLUS' goods. 8BPLUS warrants that the any product purchased from our online shop is free from defects in workmanship, materials, or manufacturing.

For this reason we give a 100 days defect warranty on every product purchased from our online store.

Every piece found to be defective under this warranty will, at our discretion, be either replaced or substituted.

In the rare occasion that your item is faulty or develops a quality problem within the warranty period, please contact us at shop[at]8bplus.com or via our contact form with a short explanation and a photo of your problem. We will get back to you within 48-72hours to solve your issue.

 

Non-warranty related returns/refunds:

If for any other reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can send it back to us within 30 days of the date of purchase without any hassle or questions asked.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with labels intact and attached. We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, used, scratched, or damaged.

Certain items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items
  • Downloadable software
  • Products that mention "Non-Refundable" explicitly and vividly on the product page

 

RETURN PROCESS:

  1. Contact us at shop[at]8bplus.com or via our contact form with your order number to initiate the return process. You will receive return instructions via email within 48 hours.
  2. Send the items to the address provided in the return instructions.
  3. Share the tracking number with us and await your refund.

Important: Do not send your purchase back without first arranging the return.

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7 days.

Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are non-refundable.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note we do not issue return shipping labels and return shipping needs to be handled by you. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot take responsibility for lost items during return shipping. As soon as the return package is received, we will check the returned products and process the next steps. A full product refund can be expected within 7days after receipt of the return.
